Ladder coming down... or going up. :-) 

I built in a Trap door to a fold-down ladder and made a storage area in the rafter space. They loved this! 

Overhead lighting was added.  

Jube did an excellent job on framing and drywalling in the unsightly air ducts. He also textured all the walls. 

We also enclosed and housed the HVAC and Water tank units with proper ventilation. I modeled it after my Dad's creation in my home back in Abington, PA - where the side-wall is a removeable panel for easy acces. 

We assembled and installed Six large storage cabinets and painted everything white.

Installed a little kitchenette: sink, cabinets, countertop, electricity. 

I made some custom, adjustable shelves for open storage 

The goal was to make it comfortable and clean for a game room, storage and car port. So, we put down Carpet, painted everything and more... 

We did a total makeover on this garage. I wish I had some BEFORE pic's for comparrison. Let's get a closer look
